Bones, a 2 1/2 year old Jack Russell, is owned by Chia & Stuart. Bones had a femoral head removal, having suffered Legges Perthes disease.  He adores swimming, and has rebuilt the muscles in his hind leg extremely well.  He only gets out of the pool briefly, so that he can jump back in off the ramp, which is all part of the fun.

Rum is a 12 year old Springer Spaniel owned by Helen & David.  He suffers with arthritis, but benefits greatly from his regular swims.  He also has a great time.  Our thanks for the pictures go to Rum's owner David, who took them with his underwater camera casing.

Chase is a 7 year old German Shepherd owned by Karen.  He competes in obedience competitions and swims to improve fitness and concentration.  He loves to retrieve toys in the pool.

Bella is a 2 year old Jack Russell owned by Veronica & Cherif.  She is extremely active, and won't get out of the pool until the end of her session, when she is brought out!  However, Veronica & Cherif get a rare rest for a few hours after her swims, as she has a really good sleep!

Sasha, a 7 year old Labrador cross, is owned by Andrea.  She has arthritis in a foreleg, and swims to improve strength & mobility.  Each time they come, Andrea has to try to pretend they're not coming swimming, as she gets so excited on the journey that she wears herself out before she gets here!

Shadow is a 10 year old Border Collie owned by Lisa.  He has many joint problems, with a lot of arthritis.  He benefits greatly from his swims, and visits us twice a week.  He loves his swims, particularly if he can play with a toy that still squeaks

Dillon is a 4 year old, extremely active Springer Spaniel owned by Kelly.  Dillon had a Cruciate ligament repaired in September 2006, and has been swimming pre- and post-operatively to aid his recovery.  He absolutely loves swimming, and if he's very lucky, Kelly brings him twice a week.  He loves to jump in from the ramp, as you can see from one of the photos.
