Aysha, owned by Anthea, is a 3 yr old German Shepherd. She swims for fun and general fitness and loves retrieving toys in the water, the bigger the better. For some dogs, size does matter!!! |

Ben, owned by Mark & Monica, is a 7 year
old black Labrador. He had a cruciate ligament repair in March 2003, but
suffered some complications. He has been swimming with us since July 2003
and has recovered well, now able to enjoy good walks again. |

Domino is a 2 year old Dalmation owned by
Colin & Richard, and Charlie is a 6 mth old Border Collie owned by Sam
& Andy. Domino has recovered from a cruciate ligament repair, and now
she's fit she can swim with her best buddy Charlie. |

Ishey, Finlay, Auryn & Chinny are Rottweilers, owned
by Jo & Ady. The wholegang swim for fun and fitness, and even Auryn,
who is normally lessadventurous than the rest, is getting into it now. |

Mia is a 1 year old Golden Retriever owned by Jayne. Mia swims for fun
and to improve her hind leg strength. |

Remy is a 4 year old Border Collie owned by Angela. He
has suffered intermittent foreleg lameness, possibly caused by a twisted
pelvis, neck and lumbar region, as diagnosed by his chiropractor, Sharon
Elkins. Remy has had restricted land exercise and has built up his swimming
gradually, whilst continuing treatment with Sharon. He is becoming fitter
and his land exercise is now being increased. |

Lady, owned by Yvette, is a 2 yr old English Setter.
Lady had suffered a slipped disc twice so her vet recommended swimming to
improve strength in her lumbar region. Not only has Lady not slipped a disc
since starting to swim, but her movement and tight feet have both been complimented
in the show ring. These were areas that she had previously been criticised
for, prior to her swimming. |
